The Program
Day 1: Serengeti National Park to Arusha.
Your journey starts in the safari capital of African land, Arusha. When you have had a quick breakfast, you head to the Serengeti and pass by the driving highlands and villages that make you approach the park. Serengeti is known to have endless plains that meet the horizon where one of the largest wildlife concentration on the planet is found.
The initial game drive of the park presents you with the view of giraffes feeding on acacia trees, families of elephants, and prides of lions resting in the grasslands as you get into the park. You walk in the foot steps of your guide tracking game, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas as you watch antelopes of every species in the world and elephants and buffalo.

The largest and most intact volcanic caldera on Earth and a natural refuge of an amazing variety of wildlife, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is situated in the world.
On the crater floor, there are open grasslands, swamps and a soda lake, which is a habitat to both flamingos and hippos. Animal concentration in this area is unbelievable and there are black rhinos, lion, wildebeest, zebras and gazelles among others that share the same ecosystem. Crater game drives are very good in terms of wildlife viewing and photography. Picnic lunch is followed by a climb up to the crater walls and you then drive back to Arusha reaching late in the afternoon.
