Day 1

ARUSHA - LAKE MANYARA

Pick up from Arusha Drive to Lake Manyara for game drive around the park

Lake Manyara is a wonderful place to spend a safari day. Your highlights for the day might include getting up close and personal with the elephants that made this park famous, lots of baboons, and one of the few lion populations in Africa that spend much of their time in the trees.

Day2

Lake Manyara- Ngorongoro Conservation Area, 4 hours

Today, you will depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with picnic lunch boxes for a Crater tour.

Ngorongoro is the multiple land use area where Maasai people who are pastoralists share the same Ecosystem with wild animals, the area is part of Serengeti ecosystem to the north and north west is Ndutu area where between December to April is the best time to see Calving of wildebeests and zebras. Ngorongoro crater is the largest unbroken and unflooded caldera in the world; the main attraction in Ngorongoro is the crater, which was formed after when the large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself and formed a caldera in the caldera is the best place to view many antelopes very close and the big 5 but depending on the season.

Day3

Mto wa mbu - Tarangire to Arusha

Have an early breakfast, then drive to Tarangire and enjoy a half-day game drive in the park.

After the game drive, drive to Arusha for a local or international flight.

Tarangire NP is the only park in northern Tanzania where you can view many baobab trees, which have been known to live for thousands of years. This park is home to a large number of African Elephants. Tarangire has more than 550 species of birds; it is the best place for bird watchers. During dry season, you expect to see large herds of Zebras/wildebeest around the river, which is the only reliable source of water during dry season, not to mention other animals like cape buffalo, waterbuck, Oryx, greater kudu, Elland, Giraffe, Impala, Dik-dik, gazelle and predators like; lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog, hyena, honey badger e.t.c.  The park is also surrounded by beautiful landscape to the south and amazing termite mounds to the north of the park.
