Day 1: Arrival to Daresalaam International Airport

After the check-in at the Daresalaam International Airport, our driver (s) will be there ready to transfer you to the hotel. Depending on the arrival time it’s possible to meet your safari guide for a tour briefing but also we advise you to take your time to rest for a fresh start of your safari after a long trip from your country. Welcome to Tanzania!

Day 2: Drive from Dar-es-salaam to Selous Game Reserve

After breakfast, our driver-guide will pick up you from Dar-es-salaam and drive you to Selous Game Reserve. (Nyerere National Park) On arrival late afternoon, short rest for lunch before departing for a boat safari experience in the Rufiji river which is among the biggest water systems in East Africa, you will be able to see Hippos, Crocodiles, and other animals in their natural habitat. Later in the evening, drive to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full day in Selous Game Reserve

After breakfast, start another beautiful day exploring Selous Game Reserve  (Nyerere National Park) which is reputed to be best off the beaten track wildlife safari destination away from the crowds. Spend a full day for a game drive while enjoying your picnic lunch in the bush. Selous is Africa’s largest wildlife reserve and Tanzania’s most extensive protected area; it is home to a large population of Elephants, Buffalo, and wild dogs. Expect to see other animals such as Lions, giraffes, Zebras, Kudus, Impala, Leopards, crocodiles, and 350 species of birds. After a full day game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Leave Selous to Mikumi National Park

After getting breakfast, check out and proceed by crossing the north of Selous and drive to Mikumi National Park. On arrival, check-in to the lodge before starting your first game drive in Mikumi National Park, Mikumi is the fourth largest national park in Tanzania. The park has a wide variety of wildlife that can be easily spotted and is also well acclimatized to game viewing. During the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Full day game drive in Mikumi National Park

Wake up in the morning for your breakfast then start the full game drive within Mikumi National park. The Mikumi flood plain is one of the park’s most significant features bordering the mountain ranges. You will be able to see calm Elephants in this beautiful national park. Not only that but also, expect to see Wildebeest, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Lions, Zebras, leopards, wild dogs, and the different species of birds. During the evening return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Leave Mikumi to Ruaha National Park

After breakfast, start a long day drive to Ruaha National Park with a packed lunch box. On arrival in Iringa check in at the camp for rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 7: Full day in Ruaha National Park

After breakfast in the morning, leave the lodge for a full day game drive with a packed lunch box, This Park is one of the few of Tanzania’s famous wilderness areas where the tourist can have a rare experience of game viewing spiced up by the fascinating landscape. After lunch in the park, you will continue with the game drive till the evening and return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Fly from Ruaha to Katavi

The morning after breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for a charter flight to Katavi National Park. On arrival, check in to your luxury tented camp for lunch then proceeds with a half-day game drive. In the late evening return to the camp for dinner and overnight

Day 9: Full day game drive in Katavi

The morning after breakfast, leave the camp for a full day of game drives, take a short break for a picnic lunch before proceeding on game viewing. Expect to see different animals such as Impala, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Cheetah, Hippos, Bushbuck, antelopes, and Elephants. Not only that but also expect to see bird species like Spoonbills, Pelicans, Saddle-billed stocks, and Paradise flycatcher. After a long day of game viewing return to the camp for dinner and Overnight.

Day 10: Spend another day in Katavi National Park

After breakfast, today you will explore the South-East of the park, visit lake Chada and Katima River. Expect to see the greatest population of crocodiles and hippos in their natural habitats. Lions and Leopards can sometimes be seen in the area hunting for their prey visiting the lake for water drinking. In the evening, drive to the other luxury camp available in  Katavi National Park for dinner and overnight.

Day 11: Fly from Katavi to Mahale Mountain National Park

After breakfast, check out and depart to the Mahale Mountains National Park on a shared chartered flight. On arrival at the airstrip, you will have a boat transfer to the luxurious camp, after lunch at the camp, depart for Chimps tracking in the Mahale Mountains. Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 12: Full day for chimpanzee tracking in the Mahale Mountains

Wake up in the morning for breakfast and then leave the camp for Chimps tracking and bird-watching tour in Mahale mountains. The park is very famous for chimpanzees, enjoy your day by hiking to the beautiful mountain forest with your picnic lunch. Return to the camp later for leisure dinner and overnight.

Day 13: Spend another full day in Mahale Mountain

After breakfast, depart for morning chimpanzee trekking. Afternoon return to the camp for lunch. After a short relaxation, depart for lake activities until sundown where you return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 14: Mahale to Gombe National park

The morning after breakfast, you will take a boat ride to Kigoma town for lunch, After lunch, your adventure proceeds by transferring to the lake for a boat all the way to Gombe National Park, after lunch at Gombe Forest Camp, depart for Chimpanzee tracking in the forest, evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 15: Spend a full day in Gombe National Park

After breakfast, leave the camp for Chimpanzee Tracking in the forest, after a picnic lunch in the forest, spend the rest of the time trekking to Kakombe Waterfalls where you will make your day so special. Evening return to your luxurious camp for dinner and overnight.

Day: 16 Transfer to Kigoma.

After breakfast, depart to the lake ready for a boat back to Kigoma town for lunch. After lunch, discover the city of Kigoma and Ujiji town. Evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 17: Fly from Kigoma to Serengeti

After breakfast, check out and depart to the Airport for a shared chartered flight to Serengeti National Park. On arrival at Seronera Airstrip, transfer to the luxury tented camps within the Serengeti for lunch and relaxation, it is possible to enjoy the evening game drive before returning to the camps for dinner and overnight.

Day 18, 19, 20: Serengeti National Park

Spend three days exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of the large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed. Three days dedicated to full exploration of this endless plain in Tanzania, it’s beyond the game drive, depending on the time of year, if you’re lucky you could witness the wildebeest migration, one of the world natural phenomena in human history here in Serengeti. Also expect to see, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes, and many birds and other species.

Day: 21 Serengeti to Arusha

After enjoying the last breakfast in the wild, we return to Arusha soon after breakfast while enjoying an en-route game drive. We believe you have learned, enjoyed, and exchange social tokens with the friendly team you have met with from Dar-es-Salaam to Serengeti, now we move to the safari city known as Arusha.

Day 22: Cultural tour program to Airport

Morning check-out from the hotel and drive to Ilkiding’ a village for a cultural tourism program. Spend your day with Maasai people, visit a primary school, blacksmith, traditional healer. Enjoy a walking safari around the field where you can see coffee and banana plantation. Afternoon you will enjoy a traditional meal, with a live performance from a Maasai dancing before you depart to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight back home.
