Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with a scenic drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, known for its dense elephant population and towering baobab trees. As you enter the park, the landscape changes dramatically—golden grasslands stretch into the horizon, and the Tarangire River winds through the terrain, drawing in herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and countless bird species. Your guide will take you through prime wildlife areas, where chances are high to spot lions resting under the acacias and leopards hiding in the branches. After a fulfilling game drive, you’ll check in at your luxury lodge nestled within or near the park, where you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of the African bush.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you’ll journey north through the highlands toward the world-renowned Serengeti. The route itself is a treat, offering views of Maasai villages and the stunning Ngorongoro highlands. Upon entering the Serengeti, the vastness of the savannah comes into view, stretching as far as the eye can see. Wildlife sightings begin almost immediately, with giraffes grazing in the distance and prides of lions often spotted near the road. In the afternoon, your guide will take you on a game drive across this endless plain, home to the Big Five and the Great Wildebeest Migration (depending on the season). You’ll spend the night in a luxurious tented camp, where nature meets comfort and elegance.

Day 3: Full day at the Serengeti National Park.
Today is dedicated to exploring the heart of the Serengeti. With a full day of game drives, you’ll have time to visit different regions of the park based on animal movements and seasonality. Early mornings are ideal for spotting predators on the move—cheetahs scanning the plains, lions returning from a night hunt, and hyenas patrolling their territory. As the sun rises, herds of antelopes, elephants, and buffalos can be seen scattered across the plains. Your experienced guide will share insights into animal behavior and ecosystems while ensuring you are in the right places at the right times. A picnic lunch out in the bush keeps you immersed in the wild, before heading back to your camp in the evening.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After a relaxed breakfast, you’ll begin the drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through the central Serengeti one last time for wildlife sightings. Along the way, you may stop at a Maasai boma to learn about the traditions and way of life of this semi-nomadic tribe. As you approach the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, the air becomes cooler, and the scenery transforms into lush, green hills dotted with wildlife and traditional villages. Your accommodation for the night offers breathtaking views over the crater or the surrounding forest, with an inviting fireplace and warm hospitality waiting after your journey.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour to Lake Manyara
An early start gives you access to the crater floor during the golden hours of the day. Descending into the Ngorongoro Crater feels like entering a hidden world, home to nearly every species of wildlife found in East Africa. In just a few hours, you can see elephants grazing near the Lerai Forest, lions lounging by the roadside, and possibly even the elusive black rhino. Flamingos line the shores of the lake in the crater, and hippos cool off in the shallows. After approximately four hours of game viewing, you’ll exit the crater and continue to Lake Manyara, where your luxury lodge offers a peaceful retreat with views over the Great Rift Valley.

Day 6: Lake Manyara to Arusha
