After a hearty breakfast, your private guide will collect you for the scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. The landscape gradually changes from green highlands to open savannah dotted with massive ancient baobab trees.
Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant herds, often seen gathering along the Tarangire River. After breakfast, you will depart the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will descend 600 meters down the steep crater walls into the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a full morning or extended game drive.
