9 Days Tanzania Standard Safari Itinerary Overview

This is our Everywhere Adventure Safari, and it is always good for you if you want to experience everything Tanzania offers. We’ll take you on a journey of sights and sounds of nature—a safari in which you will witness the live show from nature, like when you are in Serengeti National Park, which is the best national park in Africa. This safari itinerary also includes the Ngorongoro conservation area. What is so special here is the Ngorongoro crater, which is similar to the big hole that you see animals inside, but also during the wildebeest migration from December to March, which is the best time to see the migration.

When you visit Lake Eyasi, this area will be the best place to be close to people who decided to live the life that their ancestors lived. There are different tribes here, like the Hadzabe tribe, the Bushmen, the Barbaig, and the Datoga. You will visit them to see how they live and learn about their culture. It is always wonderful when you mix your safari package with game drives, activities, and cultural tours. This will give you the chance to discover different things every day during your safari. This safari itinerary will take you to Lake Natron to see the geographical features, like the only active mountain in Tanzania, Oldonyo Lengai.

It is possible to climb it or walk under the mountain, but if you wish to climb it, you can request it, and we will prepare the trek to Oldonyo Lengai for you. This village of Engaresero is blessed to have an awesome view compared to anywhere else on Earth. It is surrounded by mountains and hills, which gives you a good spot. There are so many activities to do here, like nature walks, game viewing, cultural tours, and so much more.

Lake Natron is one of the places you don’t need to miss when you come to visit Tanzania.

This park is famous and one of the largest national parks in Tanzania, with an area of 14,763 square km. The area is part of the Serengeti ecosystem in the north and northwest of the Ndutu region, where between December and April is the best time to see the calving of wildebeest and zebras. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken and non-flooded caldera in the world. The main attraction of Ngorongoro is the crater, which formed after the large volcano exploded, collapsed on itself, and formed a caldera. In the caldera, it is the best place to see many antelopes very close and the big five animals, depending on the season.

Your game drive here combines the known with the unknown—the certainty that you will be amazed by the uncertainty of exactly what you will see and when. Changing light, a changing cast of animal actors, ensuring that at every turn there is a new experience.
