Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be warmly welcomed by your safari guide who will be holding a sign with your name. After a short meet and greet, enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s Northern Safari Circuit. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to relax at the lodge or explore the bustling town of Arusha. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight rest in preparation for the exciting safari adventure ahead.

Day 1: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, meet our professional driver-guide at your Arusha accommodation for a group briefing. You’ll then join fellow travelers and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 2–3 hours through the Maasai plains. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive in one of Tanzania’s most underrated gems—famous for its giant baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife. Keep an eye out for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and a rich variety of bird species. Later in the day, head to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight stay near the park or in Mto wa Mbu.

Day 2: Full day at the Serengeti National Park.
After an early breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. Enjoy breathtaking views as you pass through lush forests and local villages along the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. The journey itself is a game drive, offering chances to spot wildlife along the way. You’ll enter the Serengeti through Naabi Hill Gate and stop for a brief rest before beginning your afternoon game drive across the world-famous Serengeti plains. Witness the vast savannah come alive with herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles, as well as predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. In the evening, head to your tented camp or lodge in central Serengeti for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy a captivating half-day game drive across the endless plains of Serengeti National Park, where you’ll have a final chance to spot big cats on the hunt, herds of grazing antelope, elephants moving gracefully across the landscape, and perhaps even a pride of lions lounging under acacia trees. After lunch in the park, begin a scenic late afternoon drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, marvel at the changing landscapes—from open savannah to the misty highlands. Arrive at your lodge or camp near the crater rim in time for dinner and overnight rest, preparing for the exciting descent into the Ngorongoro Crater the following morning.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – back to Arusha – End of safari
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders, for a half-day game drive. Explore the crater floor, home to nearly every species of wildlife found in East Africa, including the rare black rhino, large herds of buffalo, elephants, lions, hippos, and an abundance of birdlife such as flamingos and crowned cranes. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before ascending the crater walls. In the afternoon, embark on a scenic drive back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
